Accessing Skillport

To access Skillport courses and the Skillport server go to www.gsu.edu then to Student ==> technology==> Skillport and log in.  You must login first via the GSU portal before you can click the url in this course's schedule page. When accessing this way, you will then be taken directly to the proper exercise.

 

You will note there are literally hundreds of courses and tutorials available to you.  For this course you are to complete the three following courses each taking between 1 and 2 hours.  When you complete the test portions for the entire exam you will be issued a certificate of completion with your score.  To pass minimally and receive the base certificate you need to score at least 70% on the  end of unit quizzes.  You may retake as often as needed to pass.

 

Upon completion you will then submit your completed exercise certificate on the Desire to Learn course site to be graded/credited as completed. The awarded grades will be: an A for 100% correct; an A- for > 90% but <100% , and B+ for anything >70% the minimum threshold for completion. Each homework exercise is work 5% of the course grade.
